Zoe has spent 18 years in senior retail management, which has included everything from day-to-day administration to delivering on large scale projects. She has also held dual roles of Governor and Chair of Governors for two local Primary schools, requiring her to work closely with the school, the local community, and Local Authority representatives.
Zoe has developed skills as an experienced communicator, relationship builder and is able to confidently engage and manage a broad range of stakeholders and demonstrate consideration to different business needs and cultures.
Zoe uses her experience, passion for an excel spreadsheet and appetite to master new and existing technology within the team and offers expert technical support to associates and delegates with the many platforms used within the Client programmes. She is responsible for the co-ordination and support of clients for several of the ongoing development programmes that People Untapped provide.
By working in partnership with the client and our global team of associates Zoe ensures that the various programmes run smoothly and there is a seamless interface between the client and People Untapped.
