Sinead has worked in the Human Resources/Recruitment sector for 8 years. She managed the new joiner onboarding process for a large financial services company. Sinead’s role involved managing the joining process from point of offer until the employee’s completion of their first month, ensuring new joiners were provided with all the tools they required and integrated into their teams as well as the organisation.
Sinead has developed key skills in stakeholder management, administration, and process improvement which she applies to ensure a seamless approach to programme delivery.
Sinead is responsible for the co-ordination and support of clients for several of the ongoing development programmes that People Untapped provide. By working in partnership with the client, she ensures that the various programmes run smoothly and there is a seamless interface between the client and People Untapped.
