Consulting, coaching and facilitation approach

Robyn believes that if you are curious, then there is fertile ground to explore situations, behaviour and consequences, in order to find alternative solutions to the challenges being faced. In her coaching, she deepens self-awareness and generates insights as to what is going on for the coachee. Thus, creating new possibilities that then lead to new actions, and in turn lead to better results, both personal and professional.

In her facilitation work, Robyn combines her highly relational and intuitive approach with her commercial experience, to quickly build relationships and understand the personal and business context. This ensures that her interventions are in service of supporting and delivering the overall development agenda. Robyn will hold individual and team clients to account with both support and challenge, in order to fulfil the coaching goals.

My facilitation style is engaging, focussed and relational, ensuring that I pay attention to the style of the participants and their needs in order to provide an experience, where they can develop, learn and challenge themselves and others
