Rachel Vickers

Rachel is an accomplished Project Manager and Lead, who for the past 15 years has delivered HR, Payroll and Financial system implementations in complex, commercial, political, pressurized and time critical environments. She has worked for various commercial, local government and charitable companies.

She is diligent, insightful, tenacious and self motivated who applies a common sense approach and understands the root level decisions within the overall programme success criteria. She takes ownership over any role given to her and fulfils all her tasks through to completion.

Rachel is very organised, structured, detailed and has an analytical mindset. She is solutions focussed, able to identify realistic and pragmatic solutions and seeks to foster continuous improvement. 

She prides herself on being an effective communicator, adept at forging relationships and promotes collaborative working with all her stakeholders. She can manage a diverse range of requirements bringing together a seamless end to end process.

Rachel as a Client Delivery Executive is responsible for the co-ordination and support of clients and People Untapped Account Managers from the programme inception through to post delivery. By working in partnership with her stakeholders, she ensures that the programmes run seamlessly to ensure that all deliverables are met.
