Neela Bettridge

Neela has extensive experience of global multinational businesses and has worked at the most senior levels of organisations. Her varied career has taken her from being a director of global communications agency Saatchi & Saatchi to setting up one of the first sustainability consultancies in the UK, of which she is still a non-executive director. She is also an author of many publications.

Neela’s career as an executive and teams coach and facilitator has spanned 18 years with a diverse range of organisations. She is an ICF-accredited Professional Certified Coach, and has worked in venture capital, multinationals, and growth and tech industries worldwide. The sectors in which she has worked include finance, insurance, reinsurance, food, health, communications, engineering, logistics, pharmaceuticals, energy, water and technology.

She has a particular interest in the topic of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. Her Women in Leadership programme has around 3000 alumni to date.

Through her executive roles, wide-ranging coaching and mentorship, Neela has direct experience of the many challenges that her clients face. Whatever the specifics of a client’s needs –stepping up to a senior role; starting and running a company; dealing with complex multicultural perspectives; balancing stakeholder demands; developing purpose and strategy – she approaches them with compassion and an awareness of their deep complexity.
