With a 15-year corporate background Natasha has front line experience of the challenges and opportunities that exist in the corporate world and the energy and strength needed to work efficiently, effectively and with integrity. She has worked with Japanese, North American and Estonian led businesses within the video games, financial services and fintech industries, both on the agency and client side of marketing and advertising.
Natasha is used to the pressures of funding rounds, board presentations, developing and delivering global marketing campaigns, as well as producing TV ads and countless marketing assets. She has an in-depth understanding and experience of working with challenging clients which help her to maximise relationships with multiple agency partners and senior C level stakeholders, encompassing multi-million-pound budgets, internal politics, ineffective processes, rapid change, slow moving analogue environments and exciting strategic opportunities.
As a coach, trainer and facilitator, Natasha specialises in enhancing management
capabilities and proactively supporting the growth of leadership competencies critical to
having engaged, productive and creative employees. Natasha creates a learning space that is open, inclusive, warm and energetic. This is driven through her strengths in understanding people, effective management style and ability to develop and motivate talent to achieve their potential and facilitating progress for future leaders to thrive as individuals and deliver value to the business.
Natasha is passionate about people realising their potential and knowing how they can unlock it. Her coaching style is deep and practical, taking time to explore and to get under the skin of what is going on. These qualities enable Natasha to use perspective to shift thinking to see things differently, creating more freedom in the present, mixing her perceptive and curious nature with warmth to hold a space which her clients find powerful and comforting. Natasha is quick to respond to emotion shifts, is entirely present and responsive in the moment whilst maintaining intellectual oversight of cumulative coaching sessions and encouraging progress through action and accountability. As a qualitied coach Natasha works with individuals on a one-to-one basis as well as with businesses as an external resource to their employees.
Additionally, Natasha is trained in providing emotional support at times of stress as a Samaritans listening volunteer, with over 325 hours of experience.
