Lucy Ord

Lucy is an organisation development and design consultant, executive and team coach, facilitator, and leadership development specialist.

Before working independently, she spent over twenty years in internal consulting roles across a wide variety of industries, including the NHS, Civil Service, housing, pharmaceuticals, and the Third Sector. In this time, she enabled leaders and teams to adapt and thrive in complex, changing environments.

Using highly collaborative and participative methods, she enabled the re-design of services and whole organisations, developed cultures and enabled new ways of working. She created people and talent strategies, corporate values and behaviours, executive assessment centres, and inclusive leadership initiatives.

Lucy is qualified as a Brain Based Coach from the Neuroleadership Institute and is an ICF accredited team coach. She has worked with a broad range of clients, enabling them to bring about transformational changes within themselves, their teams and wider businesses. She has a real passion for creating inclusive cultures and runs a career empowerment programme for minoritised groups to accelerate their development and drive forward organisational inclusion agendas.
