For the last 20 years Linda has gained extensive experience working within the Pharma industry, spanning both the private and public sectors giving her expertise and oversight of contrasting organisations. In her roles as Global Scientific Director GSK- Portfolio Medical Strategy and External Engagement, UK National Pharmacy Adviser,
Linda has had the opportunity on a National and international stage to engage with people from different cultures, different languages, and professions.
Linda employs a results-orientated, people-focused approach to coaching and has designed and led a number of projects, including the design and implementation of a global programme for GSK medical staff and the Salford Lung Study effectiveness clinical trial. This entailed training more than 2500 pharmacy staff and the leadership of 300+ community pharmacies from disparate groups.
Linda brings enthusiasm and energy to her coaching and actively encourages her clients to adopt focused, curious, and flexible approaches to their thinking. Linda creates a safe space in which to push boundaries, explore and challenge long held beliefs and assumptions.
Using this approach, Linda can partner with her clients to address the difficult questions and gain insights, whilst challenging and supporting them to achieve their goals as well as assisting clients to design their own solutions through active listening and powerful questioning.
