Katrin is a highly experienced consultant, executive coach, leadership team coach and facilitator. Before moving into consulting, she worked for Thomson Reuters, a multi-national news & media conglomerate where she held different positions in Training, Learning & Development and Sales. When working in Sales, Katrin discovered her passion for coaching having trained with the Academy of Executive Coaching and supported the European Sales function as a Performance & Development Coach. She collaborated on and delivered several learning programmes on mindset, influencing, communication, leadership, culture and values.
Since leaving her corporate role, Katrin has worked in a variety of consultancies and has enabled executives, leaders and managers and their wider organisations navigate transformational and behaviour change and help them push the boundaries of what is possible. Katrin has delivered consultancy projects with a range of international clients in Fintech & Financial Services, Aviation, Media & Entertainment, Household Appliances, Mobile & Online Games and Pharmaceuticals. She is also a regular commentator and public speaker on topics such as Leadership, Coaching, Neuroscience & Behavioural Science, Culture, Hybrid Working and Employee Experience.
