Julia Harris

Julia is responsible for the day to day programme management and client support for a broad range of People Untapped’s programmes. By working in partnership with the client she ensures that the various programmes run smoothly and there is a seamless interface between client and People Untapped.

Julia has an extensive HR background. She is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and is an experienced HR generalist having worked as a Business Partner for over 18 years in a number of fast paced blue chip companies. A Japanese Semiconductor manufacturer, an American mobile phone manufacturer and a Scottish Bank both in Edinburgh and London. She applies these skills, experience, and knowledge to the many global locations, extensive programmes and variety of business areas People Untapped work with.
