Hema is responsible for leading People Untapped’s overall Executive Coaching services along with leading the Global Associate Talent Network – bringing together a strong community of exceptional development professionals.

Hema also supports a number of client programmes and learning design projects.

Prior to joining People Untapped, Hema has had 20 years’ experience working in professional HR roles within a multi-national Pharmaceutical organisation (GlaxoSmithKline), with experience of working within the Corporate, Consumer Healthcare and Pharma Supply Chain businesses. During this time Hema has built strong HR experience in Digital Data analysis, Talent, Culture, HR Transformation, Commercially Sensitive Projects and HR Systems.
