Work history

Ginger started her career facilitating and designing leadership development trainings for The Leadership Program, a New York City based women-owned business that focuses on creating transformative experiences to empower and encourage leadership in classrooms and communities. She was awarded the Trainer of the Year distinction and went on to manage the programs implemented by a team of 110 leadership facilitators serving 20,000 students and teachers annually.

Ginger went on to immerse herself in the world of coaching and relocated to Los Angeles. She obtained her CPCC (Certified Professional Co-Active Coach) from one of the leading coaching schools in the USA: The Co-Active Training Institute; as recognized by the International Coaching Federation.

Ginger is an independent consultant and works as a Guide to Peer Coaching Groups for Senior Executive women at Chief and with companies that want to unleash the potential of their people and cultures.

Ginger’s facilitation style is dynamic, engaging and fun. She strives to enliven the content so it brings all present to a place of new possibilities that make a difference in their work.
