Dayna has been working as a learning consultant, facilitator and coach since 2007.

Her largest amount of experience over the last 10 years has been in leadership development coaching and facilitation – with more than 80% of this facilitation being virtual. Her largest industry experience is in financial services, but over the years Dayna has worked in many other industries including industrials, technology, consumer goods, pharmaceuticals, energy, automotive and media.  She has also worked on larger consulting projects that involve a comprehensive review and needs assessment, design and facilitation.

Consulting, coaching and facilitation approach

Dayna brings lots of energy to her workshop sessions. She asks lots of open ended questions and encourages people to readily participate throughout. As necessary (especially in virtual training), she cold calls on participants to make sure she is getting a diverse amount of ideas shared and include everyone in the discussion. Dayna likes to mix in lots of creative/different exercises to keep everyone engaged throughout.

Dayna creates a very compassionate and supportive space where clients feel comfortable opening up and sharing. She asks lots of thought provoking questions to encourage her clients to look at challenges from different perspectives and learn more about themselves. As a team coach Dayna creates an inclusive environment where everyone is treated equally and encourages everyone to have an equal voice. She acknowledges the contribution of everyone and champions people to step up and share new and innovative ideas and solutions.
