Work history

Clare has extensive experience of the global pharmaceutical industry, having spent over 10 years with Pfizer in the Research and Development and Manufacturing divisions. During this time she worked in Senior HR roles, Leadership Development and Learning & Development and in her last role with Pfizer, led Organisational Development for Manufacturing in over 19 sites in 7 countries across Europe. Clare has also held HR roles in the NHS, Local Government and a Separations Technology business.

Clare’s worked as a consultant since 2009 working with clients from a wide range of organisations including start ups, fast growth businesses and large Corporations across many sectors. These include Pharmaceuticals, Financial Services, Entertainment, Professional Services, Security, Shipping, Retail and several more

Clare’s facilitation style is both challenging and supportive, she focuses on mindset as well as skills and behaviour and works flexibly with clients to deliver the desired results.

Clare has coached over 100 leaders including four Chief Executives from a wide range of sectors and organisations. Clare qualified as an Executive coach in 2009 and as a resilience coach in 2017.  As a team coach, Clare has worked with over 75 leadership teams in the past 25 is  years.

Clare is passionate about enabling leaders to build, resilient, healthy and successful teams, to be confident and capable of leading change and engaging people to play an integral part in their organisation’s success.
