Cheryl has a total of 25 years of work experience of which 20 years have been in training and coaching.
Prior to working as an International Training Consultant & Executive Coach, Cheryl was the Local Training Director for one of the world’s largest training companies where she managed a group of 20 trainers.
She was also the Regional Training Head for First Source (formerly ICICI OneSource, the IT arm of ICICI) overseeing soft skills training Pan India, with responsibility for training and certifying trainers both internally and for clients across India.
Her work as a facilitator has included working with a diverse range of global clients, such as: Vodafone, Bank of America, Oracle, Hexaware, Microsoft, Thomson Reuters, Wipro, Ranbaxy, Infosys, Citigroup, Ernst & Young, British Council, British Gas, Deloitte, Hindustan Coca Cola Beverages, Kraft Foods, Expedia, Groupon, HCL, The Tata Group, The Taj Group of Hotels, The Oberoi Group, Mahindra & Mahindra, IDFC, HSBC, SAB Miller, Capgemini, Goldman Sachs and many more. She is also a guest lecturer for some of India’s leading business schools.
Over the past 20 years she has worked closely with companies across the globe to develop their people to enhance their efficiency and productivity. Cheryl delivers both face to face as well as virtual sessions across India, the APAC region and the Middle East. Her expertise lies in the areas of Leadership Development, Diversity & Inclusion and Communication & Presentation.
She also runs large group Webinars for up to 1000 people. Cheryl’s belief that adults learn well in a safe environment influences her facilitation style. She creates learning experience that are enjoyable, engaging and relevant to the participants.
As a facilitator she believes it is extremely important to ask questions, listen well and then link the learning to the participant’s challenges and objectives.
