Cass is an experienced senior business leader, psychologist, executive and leadership coach. She is passionate about helping individuals, teams, and organisations to thrive, by using the power of evidenced based psychology and coaching to do so.
Cass has held several senior leadership roles within FMCG, with 20+ years leadership experience, running businesses of £70m+ and cross-functional teams of 150+ as both Commercial Director and General Manager at L’Oréal, so has a great understanding of the challenges that people, and organisations face and what they need to feel engaged and energised.
Cass became an ICF accredited executive and leadership coach in 2012 and now partners with individuals and teams globally, most recently in India, where she lived for 5 years, designing, and delivering transformational leadership and resilience coaching programmes.
With an ability to cultivate empathy, resilience and new thinking, Cass is driven by a passion to empower others to solve their most gnarly problems and become better learners. She will challenge and support leaders, teams, and organisations to achieve their goals, creating a safe space in which to explore limiting assumptions and harness strengths.
Cass uses a variety of coaching methodologies, techniques and frameworks and adapts to clients’ learning styles. These include Solutions focused, Neuroscience, Positive psychology Cognitive behavioural and Somatic coaching.
Cass loves working with individuals and teams across a range of areas, including building more connected stakeholder relationships; developing authentic leadership and influence; building more cohesive teams; embracing personal and professional change and developing resilience and proactive wellbeing.
Cass also facilitates energising and memorable learning experiences that empower those she partners with to become better learners.
