Consulting, coaching and facilitation approach

My coaching approach is positive, encouraging with an ability to create an environment where difficult conversation can happen. I work to sustain change individually, within a team and organisation. I utilize all my experience and training to provide a systemic approach which takes the whole picture into consideration. I often work with clients in high stress environments to enable them to access their resourcefulness and continue to think and work with others.

My training and facilitation style is one where each voice is heard, learning is shared and insights are taken out of the session and used with real life situations
