Bina Tailor

Bina is an engaging learning and development executive who supports businesses through the enhancement and implementation of superior learning and development strategies aligned with operational business environments. With a demonstrable track record of providing high-level expertise across a range of L&D solutions across large UK retailers and healthcare professionals; deploying innovative designs across a number of integrated experiential and digital approaches. She is an engaging communicator, providing clear balanced advice and leadership across C-suite Executives to advance employee development and retention of key personnel. She has had the opportunity to work across a number of sectors including technology, construction, financial services, retail, healthcare, beauty and education to name a few.

Bina has extensive experience in facilitating and delivering programmes in management and leadership and is an accomplished TAP certified trainer. She is passionate about leadership within the workplace and has a proven track record in building sustainable people management and development capabilities in leaders.

During her career, Bina has delivered management and leadership programmes, ILM qualifications, director Induction programmes and leadership interventions at national seminars to significant sized audiences. She has provided mentoring to ‘Directors in Development’ through their development programme and supported their transition into a business, and coaching individuals at a variety of leadership levels.
