Becci started her career in the Insurance industry in Australia, taking a series of increasingly senior positions across a range of client facing and internal roles, including Underwriting and Business Improvement. Her final corporate role was as a Commercial Operations Manager for CGU insurance, where she led a team of 60 customer service, underwriting, claims and business development staff.
Since 2009, she has worked in Hong Kong as a Leadership Development Consultant. She is an Executive Coach with Women in Leadership Australia‘s ‘Advanced Leadership Programme‘ and as a result has expertise and a passion for coaching female leaders. She works across all sectors including Finance, Insurance, Engineering, the Civil Service, Elected Government Officials, Not for Profits, Recruitment among others. She specialises in APAC based staff working for multinationals.
Becci is particularly knowledgeable of the requirements of leaders who work within multinationals in the Asian market, and she specialises in delivering a broad range of leadership development training ranging from 90 minute sessions to leadership development programmes that span a full year. Her particular interests are coaching, change management, conflict management, courageous conversations and providing feedback.
She facilitates training and team development in a highly engaging and interactive way, looking to draw out from groups their own solutions. She is brave with her feedback, but adapts her style to meet the cultural needs of the group. She’s undertaken team development work in Aviation, Pharma, FMCG and Investment Banking
