Andy Routley

Andy has had a 30-year career in Consumer Goods across different size organisations and international markets with 12 years in Managing Director/Divisional CEO roles.

Andy started as a Graduate Trainee for Mars, before moving into increasingly senior sales & marketing roles in both Unilever & SAB Miller. Andy then became Managing Director for Church & Dwight, a challenger Health & Beauty company in the UK.
Andy also has senior experience of the Drinks Industry as Managing Director & CEO of DB Breweries, a leading beer & soft drink producer in New Zealand & Australia, later moving to become Managing Director for Digital Commerce in Europe at Heineken.

Andy is currently Chairman of a fast growth, private equity backed, D2C Health & Wellness supplements business, Absolute Collagen.
He is also likely to take on further Chairman/NED positions in the private equity space
and advises several businesses on potential investments and funding options.
He is also Chairman of a health drink start-up business and was formerly a Non-Executive Director of Quantiful, a data analytics company.

Additionally, Andy works as a very active executive coach and supports (pro bono) as a director of Lads Need Dads – an organisation focused on providing support to boys without a father figure in their lives.
