Alfredo has worked extensively in the Chemical industry as a sales manager and research and development specialist. He introduced a line of solder paste in Brazil, developed protective oils to automotive industry, established a customer recovery plan on specialty gases, and has coordinated distributors in the electronics industry, supplying chemicals.
Since 1999, Alfredo has been delivering many different behavioural skills courses to almost every country in Latin America, as well as Spain and Angola. During this time he has covered themes such as leadership, coaching, sales skills, strategy, assertiveness, communication, presentation skills, time management, negotiation, creating value, conflict management and teambuilding. In 2019 he started to deliver also Diversity & Inclusion workshops. He has delivered to customers from a variety of sectors, including HP, Nike, Unilever, AES, Merck, Ford, UPS, Colgate, Basf, J&J, Microsoft, Sherwin Williams, public hospitals, ExxonMobil, and several divisions of GE
Alfredo’s training style is adaptable, relying on the needs of the participants to deliver a dynamic session tailored to the group.
He adopts a pull style – drawing out from participants their own actions and learning.
He enjoys using a range of tools and self-assessments in his work & with the pandemic, Alfredo has intensified his work in the virtual space, on platforms like Zoom, WebEx, Microsoft Teams etc…
