Prior entering the Training and Facilitation area, he has been working as Executive Search Consultant since 2013. KUANG Fu has a strong passion and gift for helping professionals in their career. He has demonstrated integrity and combines efficiency with empathy and care in serving his clients. He brings together his life’s purpose and passion for success in his work – his key driver is to ensure a healthy balance in crafting the desired landscape of his life.
Kuang Fu has graduated from International Coaching Academy (ICA) and certified by ICF as ACC and Career Partner International (CPI) as a Professional Coach. He has delivered a number of training, coaching and facilitation sessions for clients such as AstraZeneca, BMS, MSD, Novartis, GSK, Thermo Fisher, Biogen, IPSEN, Vifor, CRRC and Sinotrans.
Kuang Fu is also the Career Coach for Hongkong University (Master students) and Soochow University (Bachelor students) and has delivered more than 150hours of coaching in the past 2 years.
