Her diverse industry and leadership experiences across 18 years (in three different industries-Media, Technology, Learning- in global organizations) helps her adapt swiftly to the uniqueness of the client organization that she works with.
She has worked with startups and small creative ventures in media, to STAR INDIA -a large media house. In her experience as a senior Manager in a global technology organization she liaised with clients in multiple geographies, partnered with multiple internal customers and delivery teams. She managed products, people, and managers in her role.
As an experienced facilitator and coach, Cindu designs and facilitates learning experiences that support individuals and teams to thrive, to create a space for deep reflection, and to build the energy for new action.
She has coached and facilitated learning journeys and programmes for several Fortune100 companies, across different levels of the orgranisation. She has partnered with organizations across IT, ITES, Telecom, Manufacturing, Banking, Consulting, Pharma, Insurance, Capital goods, Research firms, among others.
Cindu’s strengths include being open, empathetic and non-judgmental which she utilizes when coaching. Her clients appreciate her ability to focus on what really matters, and her ability to hold space for what is required –whether it is capacity development or mindset transformation. She aims, through careful listening and understanding, to help draw out insight from the client to build creative, applicable solutions based on her own experience and the thoughts and ideas of the client. She values clarity and simplicity in delivery and looks for moments of transformation in conversations from which to respond appropriately.
